What's next?

We can't really say what's next because whatever it is will depend greatly upon the program, the schedule, and the style of the Master of Ceremonies. You may be shuffled out of the program immediately, you may be asked to participate in a question-and-answer session, or the MC may want to engage you in a chat.

Hopefully, the exact nature of what happens after your presentation will have been determined prior to your practice session. That way, the practice will give you confidence that you know what will happen during the actual event.

Leaving the Main Stage...and then?

Ultimately, at some point after you conclude your presentation, you will be moved off of the Main Stage. You might remain backstage for a while or you might be moved immediately back to the Green Room. Don't worry about these movements; they will be handled entirely by the Studio staff in accordance with the planning done for the event.

If you are retained backstage... Please remember to be silent, just as you were when you were backstage on your way to the Main Stage.

If you are moved to the Green Room... Remember the red button labeled "End presentation" at the far left end of the Control Panel? You will likely be asked by the Green Room Coordinator to press the red button. Doing so will take you out of the Green Room, but you will still be in the Studio. If you want to see and hear any or all of the remaining presentations and proceedings scheduled for the session you are in, you must remain in the Studio.

Leaving the Studio; going back to the Timeline

Leaving the Studio is easy — just click/tap the Leave button, and you will be returned to the Timeline. Remember, though, that once there, if you try to re-join the session, you will just return to the Studio since you are designated as a Presenter for that session. However, if the program contains other concurrent sessions and you want to join one, you can certainly leave the Studio and join the other session from the Timeline.

Now is a good time to explore Requirements and Tips. Let's do that next.
